Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Westlake, TX, seeks a Product Owner to lead EquiView enhancements and focus on financial reporting capabilities and client outcomes. You will drive end-to-end delivery for complex initiatives, manage scope, timelines, risks, and regulatory updates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product ownership or management, experience with equity compensation reporting (ASC 718/IFRS 2), and strong collaboration across product, engineering, and client services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience leading backlog, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience with equity compensation, stock plan administration, equity systems, or equity reporting products.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills across data, process, and technology.
• Track record of predictable delivery, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder communication.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Preference for experience with EquiView equity reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
• Equity Compensation Associate Level 1 certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquiView initiatives, including financial reporting enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers in an Agile environment to define problems and deliver incrementally.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure client readiness, training, and post-launch adoption.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap by aligning market and stakeholder insights with internal capabilities.
• Define success measures and drive delivery from discovery through launch.
