Qualifications

• FINRA Series 16 or 24 required or obtainable within timeframe.
• Experience reviewing market commentary and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary supervisory reviewer of equity market commentary and client communications.
• Review materials for FINRA/SEC compliance, disclosures and policies.
• Maintain and enhance publishing standards, controls, and recordkeeping.
