Jefferies is seeking a Senior Associate for Equity Research in its Consumer Lifestyle & Growth Platform. The role requires 3+ years in equity research, strong modeling and communication skills, and FINRA licensure, with NY-based client-facing responsibilities and mentorship from a senior analyst.

The position is based in New York, NY, a full-time role with a base salary range of $135,000–$165,000, and exposure to institutional clients and industry leadership within a collaborative research

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of equity research experience, consumer sector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong financial statement analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with alternative data and data visualization is a plus.
• Required FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 86, 87).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Senior Analyst to produce earnings reports and initiation reports.
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks.
• Analyze company filings, earnings releases, industry reports, and research sources.
• Generate investment insights through trend analysis of consumer/market data.
• Develop client materials and support investor engagement efforts.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist marketing initiatives.
• Attend management meetings, industry conferences, and field research.
• Leverage datasets to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Contribute to initiation of coverage reports and publications.
