The role blends finance and asset expertise across construction, industrial, healthcare, and technology assets, working with Sales, Credit, and Finance to optimize performance while managing residual risk.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in equipment leasing and finance, preferably in Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of valuation policy, market trends, and sales channel optimization.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Perform equipment valuations for originations, portfolio reviews, modifications, and end-of-term transactions.
• Establish residual value assumptions and matrices across assigned asset classes.
• Analyze equipment useful life, depreciation patterns, utilization trends, and market liquidity.
• Provide valuation recommendations for construction, industrial, healthcare, technology, and other equipment categories.
• Develop market intelligence reports to support pricing, credit, and portfolio management decisions.
• Partner with Credit, Sales, and Operations to evaluate new business opportunities involving residual positions.
