You will analyze downtime, monitor equipment health data, and support maintenance planning and CMMS administration to ensure reliable operations. The role requires hands‑on maintenance experience, strong data analysis, and collaboration across design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on maintenance/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CMMS and data collection.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime, delays, rework, and nonconformances to identify high‑risk processes and recurring issues.
• Identify data to be collected for monitoring equipment health and analyze trends to predict failures.
• Lead or support root cause investigations from containment to systemic fixes.
• Build simple tracking tools to monitor reliability performance and guide priorities.
• Develop, refine, and standardize maintenance procedures and plans to stabilize execution.
