Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field required.
• 7+ years of hands-on maintenance/manufacturing experience.
• Proven CMMS experience.
• Experience with databases, data collection, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime, delays, rework, and nonconformances to identify high-risk processes.
• Identify data to monitor equipment health and analyze trends to predict failures.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Create tracking tools to monitor reliability performance.
• Develop and standardize maintenance procedures and plans.
• Assist with commissioning and stabilization of new tooling.
• Oversee onboarding of new equipment and CMMS integration.
• Maintain and utilize CMMS data for maintenance decisions.
