Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Equipment Reliability Engineer to define and execute a long-term reliability roadmap for our Florida site. The role aims to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance, improve equipment uptime, and integrate digital tools to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

The position requires leading cross-functional teams and driving data-driven decisions, with a focus on MTBF/MTTR, CBM, and equipment upgrades. GE Vernova offers competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
Hands-on experience with CMMS and OEE monitoring software.
Experience managing equipment upgrade projects (CAPEX).

Responsibilities

Develop a multi-year reliability roadmap focusing on MTBF and MTTR.
Audit PM schedules and implement PdM techniques to move toward CBM.
Identify critical equipment for upgrades or obsolescence and manage CAPEX scopes.
Deploy and optimize OEE software and asset management systems; drive data-driven decisions.
Lead RCA investigations to implement permanent corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to embed reliability in production.
