Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Equipment Reliability Engineer to define and drive a long-term reliability roadmap for a site, shifting from reactive to proactive maintenance and integrating digital tools to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

The role leads PM/PdM optimization, RCA, and capital upgrades, working with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed reliability into daily production and site safety initiatives. relocation assistance is provided in eligible cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and OEE monitoring software.
Experience in managing equipment upgrade projects (CAPEX).

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a multi-year Reliability Roadmap to improve MTBF and MTTR.
Audit PM schedules and implement predictive maintenance techniques to move toward CBM.
Identify critical end-of-life equipment and manage upgrades/retrofits for performance and safety.
Deploy and optimize OEE software and asset management systems to enable data-driven decisions.
Lead RCA investigations and ensure permanent corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed reliability in production schedules.
