• AS degree or certificate in Electronics with 5 years of direct industrial manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams across departments.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and tracking accuracy.
• Ability to lead challenging conversations among cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to train and guide team members and develop training materials.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and technically direct employees in line maintenance in wafer fabrication.
• Arrange for equipment installation, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance; establish PM programs.
• Develop new or improved equipment or manufacturing processes; evaluate plant compliance and safety standards.
• Hold regular staff meetings; manage time records and align department schedules with production.
• Screen and hire new employees; conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions; allocate personnel.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
