Job summary

BOSCH is seeking an Electronic Technician Supervisor to lead line maintenance in the Wafer Fabrication areas at the Roseville, CA site. This role blends hands-on repair work with supervisory duties, ensuring preventative maintenance schedules, uptime, and safety standards are met.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with multiple departments, and work with vendors. An AS degree in Electronics with 5 years of manufacturing experience is required; semiconductor exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• AS degree or certificate in Electronics with 5 years of direct industrial manufacturing experience.
• Semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical assistance on equipment downtime and failures.
• Plan and oversee maintenance programs; ensure PM schedules and safety standards.
• Supervise staff, manage time records, and align with production goals.
• Recruit, appraise, and discipline personnel as needed.
• Inspect work for quality and verify specifications.
