BOSCH Group is expanding its semiconductor operations in Roseville, CA, and seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on advanced semiconductor equipment including Implant, Sputter, Dry Etch, and Wafer Sort. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with production and engineering teams in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and vacuum system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to component level using standard test equipment and hand tools.
• Set up machines and perform running adjustments.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and other support groups on priorities and equipment status.
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow maintenance procedures.
• Interface with machine software for troubleshooting and PM activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; participate in Emergency Response Team training.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols (gowning, wafer handling, etc.).
