• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Legal Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in equipment/structured finance or related field.
• Expertise in complex transaction structuring, documentation negotiation and execution.
• Experience negotiating legal documentation with customers, counsel, and institutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the most complex, structured transactions from review through funding.
• Negotiate complex financing documents with customers, counsel, and investors.
• Mentor Contract Managers and Account Managers on documentation strategy and risk.
