Job summary

Commercial Funding Partners seeks an experienced Documentation Manager to oversee the preparation and management of commercial equipment lease and finance documentation. You will work closely with credit, sales, and operations to move transactions from credit approval through closing and funding.

The successful candidate has 5+ years in equipment finance documentation, with familiarity of agreements, leases, schedules, endorsements, UCC filings, and related closing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in equipment finance or leasing documentation.
• Experience with equipment finance agreements, leases, schedules, amendments, assignments, UCC filings, guarantees, insurance requirements, and commercial transaction closings.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage commercial equipment lease and finance documentation.

• Coordinate documentation with customers, vendors, sales, credit, and funding partners.

Job description

Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) is seeking an experienced Documentation Manager with at least 5 years of experience in commercial equipment lease and finance documentation.

This position is for an experienced documentation professional who understands how to take a transaction from credit approval through documentation, closing, and funding. You’ll work directly with CFP’s credit, sales, and operations teams on equipment financing transactions ranging from traditional middle-market financings to complex, multi-million-dollar transactions.
