Job summary

Huntington in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator III to coordinate with customers and sales reps, ensure proper documentation, and drive timely closings. The role involves negotiating complex loan documents, landlord waivers, and collateral agreements with counsel, supported by a senior leadership group.

They will work on advanced transactions across Rail, Aircraft and Syndications, requiring strong credit awareness and tax components, with opportunities to lead staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience including loan documentation.
• Understanding of deal documentation, pricing and collateral concepts.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; JD or Master’s preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise and negotiate loan documents with internal and external counsel.
• Escalate complex issues to credit, legal, asset management or senior leadership as needed.
• Support complex verticals (Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, Middle Market).
• Supervise staff and mentor junior team members where applicable.
