Responsibilities

• Independently drafts, revises and negotiates documentation with in-house and outside counsel.
• Makes independent determinations and elevates to credit, legal, asset management or senior leadership when appropriate.
• Drafts and negotiates landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements and no-interest letters with minimal supervision.
• Advises on documentation for transactions across complex product groups (Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, Middle Market).
• Analyzes transactions including pricing, deal structure, collateral evaluation, credit and tax components.
• May develop, train and supervise staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
