Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (JD) and at least 5 years of experience as an attorney.
• At least 1 year of lead experience.
• Commercial lending and equipment financing experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and contract drafting/negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales, operations, credit, capital markets and treasury in developing and implementing legal policies and documentation for financing products in the United States.
• Negotiates and documents commercial lending, leasing, syndication, warehouse, and other financing transactions.
• Provides guidance on regulatory compliance matters including licensing, anti-corruption, data privacy, and related training.
• Drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of commercial agreements.
