Responsibilities

• Support development of policies and documentation for financing products in the US
• Negotiate and document lending, leasing, and related transactions
• Provide regulatory guidance on licensing, anti-corruption, privacy and finance regulations
• Assist in risk assessment, training, and strategic legal initiatives
• Draft and review vendor, service, lease and loan documents
• Advise stakeholders on new products, processes and governance
