Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience maintaining wafer processing equipment.
• Prior experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Maintenance knowledge of multiple listed wafer/tooling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift technicians on attendance, PTO, schedules and performance.
• Lead daily priorities based on production needs and engineer inputs.
• Support Engineering improvement projects and KPIs; provide updates on critical tasks.
