Job summary
RTX is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer for the Structural Processing team. This remote role focuses on developing, integrating, and validating advanced manufacturing equipment and automation solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with industrial automation or robotics.
Responsibilities
- Support development, integration, and validation of advanced structural-processing equipment.
- Collaborate with OEMs and integrators to deliver reliable, scalable automation solutions.
- Participate in on-site commissioning, debugging, and production ramp-up.
- Develop engineering documents, specifications, and test plans.
