Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with machine design and bearing/drive train components.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Inventor and Autodesk tools.
• MS Office and project management tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostic tests and repair malfunctioning equipment across factory automation areas.
• Commission control systems, troubleshoot issues, and calibrate equipment and process instrumentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data and work orders.
• Create solid models and detailed drawings using CAD guidelines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motor, and motor control problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failed parts and design improvements.
• Identify critical machine components to ensure reliability in production.
• Drive operational improvements and cost reductions in control schemes.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain regular reports for equipment improvements.
