Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
3+ years of related experience.
Machine design experience including bearings, drive train components, and fabricated parts.

Responsibilities

Run diagnostic tests and repair malfunctioning equipment in plant automation.
Commission control systems and calibrate sensors and instrumentation.
Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data, work orders, and manuals.
Create solid models and drawings using SolidWorks CAD guidelines.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motor, and motor-control problems.
Perform root cause failure analysis and design improvements.
Identify critical machine components and analyze design features for reliability.
Complete work orders and collaborate with team members to repair equipment.
Support development and ongoing improvement of solar module equipment.
Adhere to Hanwha Q CELLS USA policies and procedures.
