Job summary

SkyWater Technology in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking an Equipment Engineer to manage semiconductor processing tools and drive continuous improvements. You will work collaboratively with various teams to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant Semiconductor Industry Experience preferably with Wet Etch or CMP tools.
• Experience with application of structured problem-solving methodology.
• Education: Graduate of Engineering program; or Associate of Science + 5-7 years relevant Semiconductor Industry Experience in relevant Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management of 200MM and 300MM Semiconductor processing equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement teams to drive tool availability and throughput improvements.
• Work with process engineering and equipment maintenance to drive root-cause corrective actions.
