Job summary

The role involves soldering, inspection, mechanical assembly, and machinery management in a fast-paced production environment. You will run diagnostics, calibrate control systems, and perform preventive maintenance, using SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD guidelines to create solid models and drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of equipment engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Autodesk.
• Machine design including bearings, drives, fabricated components.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Project management or mechanical analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics and repair factory equipment.
• Commission control systems and calibrate instrumentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage CMMS data.
• Create solid models and detailed drawings per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motors and controls.
• Analyze root causes and design improvements.
• Drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Maintain safety practices and plant procedures.
• Collaborate with team on equipment development.
