This full-time role requires strong leadership, hands-on horse care, and the ability to coordinate with veterinary and maintenance teams while delivering engaging guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in equine care, nutrition, health monitoring, and welfare.
• Proven leadership of 15–20 staff in a barn or similar setting.
• Ability to coordinate with veterinarians and farriers.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily barn operations including feeding, turnout, and grooming.
• Oversee equine health care, training, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate breeding, veterinary, and farrier services as needed.
• Develop staff training and SOPs for operations and programming.
• Engage with guests through carriage programs and demonstrations.
