Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Senior EPM Solutions Analyst to support financial planning systems and drive smarter decisions. You will partner with business leaders, transform data into actionable insights, and lead EPM initiatives across the SDLC with strong governance.

You will mentor team members, develop SOPs, and deliver training to maximize platform capabilities. A strong background in EPM tools and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting enterprise performance management (EPM) and financial planning platforms.
• Experience with Finance and Accounting system operations, analysis, and implementation or enhancement initiatives.
• Strong SQL/Excel/VB.NET skills; familiarity with Fabric Lakehouse and IQ Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and implement EPM/financial planning solutions.
• Transform financial data into insights and develop scalable solutions across the SDLC.
• Lead incident and project management using JIRA with audit-compliant processes.
• Manage security, access provisioning, and SOX/governance activities.
• Drive process automation and data reconciliation improvements.
• Oversee platform scalability and proactive issue resolution with transparent reporting.
• Develop SOPs, mentor staff, and deliver training to maximize EPM capabilities.
