Moody's Corporation is hiring a Senior EPM Solutions Analyst in New York to support financial planning systems and enable smarter decisions. You will partner with business leaders, design EPM strategies, and implement scalable planning solutions that drive performance across the organization.

Leverage platforms like OneStream, IBM TM1, Anaplan, and Oracle EPM while working in a collaborative, audit-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with EPM and financial planning platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business and technical issues and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modelling, VBA, and SQL; familiarity with Fabric Lakehouse and IQ Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design actionable strategies and implement EPM and financial planning solutions.
• Leverage EPM technologies to transform financial data into insights and develop adaptable solutions.
• Lead SDLC and incident management using JIRA, ensuring audit-compliant delivery.
• Manage security, access provisioning, and governance to ensure SOX compliance.
• Drive automation and data reconciliation improvements across platforms.
• Oversee platform scalability, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement; report progress.
• Develop SOPs, mentor team members, and deliver training to maximize EPM capabilities.
