Land O’Lakes seeks a Senior Financial Systems Lead to govern and advance the enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms. You will lead administration, governance, and continuous improvement for OneStream and Hyperion, guiding finance systems teams and aligning with FP&A, IT and Accounting.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting enablement, while mentoring staff and ensuring SOX controls and audit-ready processes across the platform.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Finance Systems, EPM administration, financial technology support, or related Finance roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading administration, governance, or business ownership of Hyperion, OneStream or a comparable EPM platform.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning, forecasting, general ledger concepts, SOX controls, and Finance transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex system enhancements, cross-functional projects, solution decisions, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the administration and governance of EPM platforms, including OneStream rollout and legacy Hyperion apps (HFM, FDMEE, Essbase, Planning).
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Finance Systems team members.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT and external partners to enable reliable close, reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Drive automation, data governance, and reporting modernization using OneStream, Hyperion and Snowflake.
• Lead end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to build long-term organizational capability.
