Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Lead to guide administration of EPM platforms including OneStream and Hyperion across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams.

You will drive governance, security, and process improvements, mentor Finance Systems staff, and partner with FP&A to advance budgeting, planning and reporting capabilities. This role is anchored at Arden Hills with in-office days Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• 6+ years in Finance Systems, EPM administration or related roles.
• Experience leading Hyperion/OneStream administration.
• Strong knowledge of close, consolidation, reporting, planning, forecasting, GL concepts, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and governance for the EPM rollout (OneStream and Hyperion).
• Establish platform standards, security, metadata, integration oversight, upgrades, controls.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Finance Systems staff.
• Drive FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting enablement with scalable models.
• Coordinate training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
