Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks an experienced EPM leader to manage day-to-day support and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM applications (EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS) aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual close, budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Based in Atlanta, the role leads a team, collaborates with Finance, Accounting and IT, and ensures controls, SDLC documentation, and risk management while driving continuous improvement and on-site presence four days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in EPM, accounting, or finance technology with team supervision experience.
• Experience translating financial priorities into team goals and plans.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational support, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of Oracle Fusion EPM Cloud apps (EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS).
• Set priorities for the EPM team and ensure timely delivery of support, close cycles, enhancements, and projects.
• Coach and develop EPM team members through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting to support external and management reporting, budgeting, and planning.
