Job summary

Simon Property Group, based in Indianapolis, seeks an experienced IT leader to manage existing information systems and assist in procurement and deployment of additional systems on site at its home office.

The role combines technical leadership with program management across SaaS and on-premise Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, delivering reliable, secure solutions aligned with Finance and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and financial consolidation systems.
• Experience with full Software Development Life Cycle as well as Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work with business users to define and prioritize solution support.
• Experience negotiating contracts with software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own IT applications that support Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Consolidations, and Property Valuations.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI capabilities to streamline processes and improve forecasting.
• Chairs meetings with system providers and IT representatives to coordinate efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and security across EPM and source systems; manage integrations.
