Job summary

Washington Frank International is seeking a Senior Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant for remote work with up to 25% travel. You will drive ERP transformation initiatives, delivering functional expertise across Epicor Kinetic operations modules and supporting implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to maximize system efficiency, design BAQs, and support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP in operations modules.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and engineering workflows.
• Advanced BAQ development and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Epicor Kinetic Operations functionality.
• Lead functional efforts during Epicor implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate processes and recommend Epicor-driven solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Epicor functionality for Production Planning, Scheduling, and Engineering workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain BAQs to support BI, reporting, and data analysis.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate needs into configurations.
• Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide troubleshooting and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT.
