Job summary

Washington Frank International is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Operations Consultant to support ERP deployments remotely with travel to client sites as needed. You will lead implementations, optimize operational workflows, and configure core Epicor Kinetic modules to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong functional Epicor Kinetic knowledge, BAQ development experience, and the ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams while traveling up to 25–40%.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
Proven track record supporting or leading Epicor implementations and/or upgrades.
Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused modules (Planning/Scheduling, Engineering).
Experience creating and managing BAQs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Epicor Kinetic implementations and system upgrades.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows.
Configure and support core Epicor Kinetic Operations modules (Planning & Scheduling, Manufacturing).
Develop, maintain, and optimize BAQs for reporting and analytics.
Translate business requirements into functional Epicor solutions and provide recommendations.
Support testing, training, and documentation for enhancements.
