Job summary

TeccWeb Solutions is seeking a Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant to lead client projects from remote locations in the US or Canada. You will analyze business needs, configure and deploy Epicor ERP, train users, and draft specs for enhancements and integrations.

Travel about 20% to client sites is required while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, ERP expertise, and continuous certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Epicor ERP implementation or as SME/super user.
• Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic: 2 years or more.
• Epicor 10 knowledge is a plus.
• Epicor certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to client sites; remote work otherwise.

Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant

Remote (From Canada or USA only)

Our team consists of certified Epicor consultants with expertise in information technology, database development, program customization, SSRS, Crystal Reports, business process re-engineering, and employee training.

We are seeking experienced ERP consultants to join our growing team and support our increasing customer base.

Role and Responsabilities

As a Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients’ projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend tailored ERP solutions.
• Configuring, testing, and deploying the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements.
• Providing user training and change management support to facilitate adoption.
• Drafting functional specifications for custom enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Managing and tracking project progress, including resource planning, prioritization, and deadlines.
• Troubleshooting and providing technical and functional support to clients.
• Assisting with data migration and integration with existing systems.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementations.
• Maintaining Epicor certification and continuously developing your skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Asset : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Requested : Proven experience in Epicor ERP implementation or working within an Epicor ERP environment as a SME/super user.
• Requested : Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic: 2 years or more.
• Previous knowledge of Epicor 10 is considered an asset.
• Epicor certification is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Availability for regular travel (20%) to client sites in addition to remote work.
