As a Tech Consultant, you will solve problems for customers, recommend, install, test and upgrade software, train clients, analyze business needs and propose innovative ERP solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CS, business admin, accounting or equivalent).
Experience as an Epicor ERP consultant or in an Epicor ERP environment.
Experience with Epicor 10, Kinetic is required.

Responsibilities

Test and troubleshoot systems for customers, providing initial level of support with issue resolution.
Conduct Business Process reviews and ERP-related training for customers.
Assist customers with data migration and write functional specifications for enhancements, integrations and reports.
Identify resources, set priorities, and monitor project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain Epicor certification status and log time/expenses accurately.
