Job summary

ProCogia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to optimize and extend a client’s Epicor environment. You will configure, integrate, and enable scalable data and workflow capabilities to support operations and analytics.

This fully remote role requires PDT hours and the ideal candidate will be based in BC, Alberta, or Ontario, aligning with North American time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic).
• Expertise in Epicor APIs, BAQs, BPMs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Epicor data structures and best practices.
• Experience integrating Epicor with external systems (CRM, data warehouses).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Epicor ERP, including its data model and core architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain Epicor integrations using APIs and external systems.
• Build and optimize BAQs, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
• Configure and enhance workflows, BPMs, and automation within Epicor.
• Support data extraction and integration efforts to enable downstream analytics initiatives.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
