Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a Sr. Epic Certified Systems Analyst for the Resolute HB/PB team. This full-time, days role offers a regular schedule with complete remote option for eligible states. The ideal candidate brings Epic Resolute HB/PB certification and 3+ years of Epic build/implementation and project management experience.

The position supports EpicCare systems, coordinates updates and testing, and drives project delivery while collaborating with management and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Epic Resolute HB/PB certification is required.
3 years of Epic build and implementation experience in healthcare.
3 years of project management techniques in hospital or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases; analyzes new releases and impacts on workflow.
Defines modifications to applications/software to meet system functions or enhancements.
Facilitates Epic updates, releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
Manages complex IT projects to provide automated solutions using EpicCare.
Initiates issues and escalates status to management in a timely manner.
Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
Makes recommendations for team training and mentoring; participates in training programs.
