Job summary

TCH Medical Center in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Systems Analyst (Resolute Physician Billing & Claims) to design, build, test, deploy, and support Epic applications. You will translate clinical and revenue cycle requirements into reliable Epic configurations, integrations, and reporting to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 9 years' experience in hospital information systems selection, implementation, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree will substitute four years of experience; Master’s substitutes for two.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and map workflows.
• Configure Epic builds per approved design and ensure environment parity.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and document evidence.
• Validate interfaces and downstream workflows; manage incidents to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with interface teams and analytics for reporting needs.
