UCHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IT - Epic Revenue Cycle to lead complex Epic implementations and optimization across affiliated organizations. Based in Colorado with remote capability, the role emphasizes readiness, adoption, stabilization and long-term financial success.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to business, operations, and technical stakeholders while driving change management and executive communications in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.

Competenze

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle implementations is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in healthcare IT projects.
• Knowledge of ambulatory, physician billing and ASC workflows.

Mansioni

• Lead Epic Revenue Cycle implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and reports.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Prelude, Cadence, HIM, Professional Billing, Claims and Revenue Integrity.
• Act as liaison between affiliate leadership, IT, Epic reps and vendors.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees.
• Manage vendor onboarding, testing, and deployment planning.
• Communicate status, milestones and risks to executives clearly.
