Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to lead analytic efforts using Epic Cogito, Reporting Workbench and Qlik Sense.

You will translate operational needs into real-time and near real-time reports and dashboards, mentor junior staff, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Qualificações

• Epic Cogito fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, Clarity and Caboodle certifications required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or 10 years of progressively responsible BI/analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/reporting in healthcare environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create standard or custom reports, dashboards and views for executives and stakeholders using Epic Cogito tools or Qlik Sense.
• Lead intake with operational stakeholders to define data requirements and report specs.
• Validate reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and timeliness; mentor junior analysts.
• Educate users on self-service analytics tools such as Slicer Dicer and Qlik Sense.
• Plan retirement of legacy tools and migrate to RW SQL and modern analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to ensure proper access and security for reports and dashboards.
