Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to join the Data and Analytics Team. You will translate business needs into actionable analytics using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Slicer Dicer, and Qlik Sense, while mentoring junior analysts and guiding project priorities.

You will collaborate with leadership and end users, managing multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, training staff, and retiring legacy reporting assets as newer tools are adopted.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model certifications required. Must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years progressive experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 6 years of BI and analytic reporting software experience; 2+ years in EPIC Reporting Workbench and Radar dashboards.
• Excellent SQL skills and data warehouse knowledge; able to work with high volume datasets.

Responsibilities

• Create standard or custom reports, dashboards, views using Epic Cogito tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, Slicer Dicer) or Qlik Sense.
• Serve as primary contact for end users in reporting and analytics needs across operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and design data solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Plan intake priorities and manage multiple projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Retire legacy tools and migrate to RW SQL and modern analytics platforms.
