Job summary

SSM Health seeks an Epic Application Analyst Senior to support Radiant with a focus on Breast Imaging workflows. This role uses Epic expertise to optimize imaging operations, support end users, and deliver technology solutions enhancing patient care and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings five years of Epic experience, is Epic certified, and will work remotely within Wisconsin per the job posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years’ experience with Epic functionality, design, configuration, and technical environment concepts/functions.
• Epic certified or accredited in one or more modules.

Responsibilities

• Researches business needs and translates into standard workflow and build requirements necessary for configuration and business process changes.
• Provides deep technical knowledge analyzing Epic vendor software updates and the impact to the business for Epic applications.
• Codes complex functions including building application tables and reports for Epic applications.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Leads the team in testing script development and updates to match business requirements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and partners with technology service center to ensure high first call response rate for Epic applications.
• Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.
• Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business and leads others to solve complex problems using conceptual and innovative thinking for developing solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
