Job summary

UChicago Medicine in the greater Chicagoland area seeks a Senior Epic Radiant Analyst. This role is primarily work-from-home with onsite as needed, offering a flexible IT position within a leading academic medical center.

Under general supervision, you will define system scope, translate user needs into specifications, and document requirements. You will mentor junior analysts and apply business analysis methods to solve complex problems while aligning with clinical IT strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management or information systems.
• 4 or more years' experience with information system software solutions
• Epic Radiant Certification
• Experience with multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, Integration/design, or web applications/design
• Familiarity with process improvement methods: analysis, work sampling, statistical/financial analysis, and systems analysis
