Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to design, configure, test, and implement Epic PB modules. You will lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, consult with Epic representatives, and manage projects through upgrades and end-user adoption.

You will oversee testing, security, documentation, and change management while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring workflows align with clinical and business processes.

Qualifications

• PB Analyst must be Professional Billing Certified.
• Back end PB Admin revenue cycle support experience: Statements, Client Accounts, Batch Job, Interface support.
• High School Equivalent / GED (Required).
• 4+ years designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications (Required).
• Epic Application Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement Epic system applications.
• Lead operational work groups to gather and analyze requirements.
• Consult with Epic representatives and stakeholders to configure and build Epic software.
• Manage projects and oversee upgrades and end-user adoption.
• Develop workflows harmonized with clinical and business processes.
• Mentor other analysts and lead testing scripts and security definitions.
• Oversee change management, documentation, and training efforts.
