Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Information Data Scientist Sr to lead exploratory data analysis on complex datasets and develop predictive models that drive value. You will design, configure, and evaluate advanced algorithms, while documenting processes and training analysts and super users.

The role involves coordinating with clinical and IT leaders, supporting EHR systems, and guiding project pre-work and post-live stabilization to ensure timely delivery.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of computer programming experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze problems and develops solutions by retrieving complex data from databases using programming languages.
• Design, configure, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms.
• Support EHR and other clinical or business information system databases and configurations.
• Document design/builds and create test scripts; coordinate testing activities.
• Coordinate training, activation, and post-live support for systems.
• Lead workgroups, gather requirements for application configuration, and communicate project decisions.
