Job summary

Quoris is seeking a Senior Epic Cogito Project Manager to lead a Cogito Modernization initiative for a hospital in the Philadelphia market. The role focuses on migrating the Epic Clarity database from Oracle to the Azure cloud, managing vendor relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.

You will drive project planning, risk management, and day-to-day execution across internal teams and partners, with East Coast hours and a remote-work arrangement through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Cogito/Clarity migrations to Azure.
• Healthcare IT or EHR migration background.
• Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cogito Modernization including migration of Clarity from Oracle to Azure.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, milestones, risk management, issues, and accountability.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordination with Nordic/partners.
• Lead project calls with senior leadership and executives.
• Communicate with hospital leadership and keep technical teams aligned.
• Produce status, risk, and decision logs; manage documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and security with internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resources; manage scope and timelines.
• Be the primary accountable owner for project outcomes.
