Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Epic Cogito Business Analyst - Professional Billing based in the United States. This remote role focuses on analytics, reporting, and data visualization within a complex healthcare environment using Epic tools.

You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions, collaborate with data stewards, architects, and senior stakeholders, and mentor teammates while contributing to system upgrades and governance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data management, software development, or information technology within a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations and reporting solutions in a healthcare setting.
• Epic certifications in Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle, plus one applicable Epic Data Model certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advanced subject matter expert for Epic reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
• Analyze customer and business requirements and translate them into complex reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions.
• Build, modify, test, troubleshoot, and implement reporting solutions using Epic's tools and data models.
• Develop meaningful data visualizations that communicate insights and trends while adhering to enterprise standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide deployment of data visualization solutions and establish consistent reporting practices.
• Document complex business logic and translate metrics into reusable datasets for self-service data access.
• Support data governance by collaborating with data stewards and architects to maintain metadata and reports.
