CTG seeks an Epic Integration Engineer (Bridges) to design, develop, implement, and maintain healthcare interfaces between Epic and third-party systems. You will work with analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange, monitor performance, and participate in go-live activities.

The role requires an active Epic Bridges certification, HL7 knowledge, and 1-3 years of healthcare integration experience, with excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Bridges certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of healthcare integration or interface development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging and interoperability concepts.
• Experience with interface engines and troubleshooting interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and support Epic Bridges interfaces and integrations.
• Develop and maintain HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange interfaces.
• Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Monitor interface performance and troubleshoot issues for reliable data exchange.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities.
• Perform interface testing, validation, and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and interface specs.
• Investigate and resolve interface errors and data discrepancies.
• Work with analysts and project teams on new applications and enhancements.
• Follow change management, security, and governance processes.
