Job summary

Avance Care is seeking a senior-level Epic BI Developer to design, develop, and deliver actionable data insights across our network using Epic Cogito tools and enterprise BI platforms. You will partner with clinical, financial, operational, and executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

You will manage full project lifecycles—from data modeling in Caboodle, Clarity, and Slicer/Dicer to deployment via Power BI and SSRS—while upholding data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare analytics, BI, reporting, ETL experience.
• Strong Epic background with certification in Caboodle, Clarity, or Cogito preferred.
• Experience integrating Epic analytics with enterprise BI and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Epic-based reporting in Caboodle, Clarity, and Slicer/Dicer.
• Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, SSRS; develop data models.
• Ensure data integrity through validation and governance; partner with stakeholders.
• Lead BI projects from requirements through deployment; manage timelines and scope.
• Develop documentation, data dictionaries, and end-user training materials.
• Collaborate across clinical, financial, and operational domains to translate needs.
