Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Epic Beaker (Beaker AP and Beaker CP).
• Current, active Epic Beaker Certification (AP and CP).
• Proven track record of leading major phases of Epic implementation, optimization, or upgrade lifecycles within large hospital networks or health systems.
• Deep understanding of clinical laboratory operations, instrumentation interfaces (LIS), and specimen workflows.

Summary

The client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Epic Beaker Consultant with deep expertise in both Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) modules. As part of our high-performing healthcare technology consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex implementations, optimizations, and support transformations for our healthcare provider clients. We are looking for an expert who can independently drive technical and workflow design, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with clinical stakeholders to maximize their Epic Beaker investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end design, build, test, and implementation of Epic Beaker AP and CP workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
