Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst III to lead enterprise-scale Beaker design, integration, and sustainment across laboratories and regions. You will define configuration standards, validation strategies, and interoperability frameworks to align clinical, operational, and financial workflows into a unified Beaker platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, medical technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Beaker CP and AP certification required.
Project management or process improvement certification preferred.
Travel less than 10% of time.
English required for all communications.

Responsibilities

Direct enterprise-scale Beaker design, integration, and optimization projects.
Define governance, templates, and configuration best practices for CP and AP.
Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Laboratory Operations leadership to align build with financial accuracy and reimbursement goals.
Oversee validation strategy, regression frameworks, and release planning.
Provide architectural guidance on interoperability (HL7/FHIR, middleware, automation).
Lead issue-resolution and root-cause analysis for enterprise incidents.
Coach analysts and contribute to workforce capability development.
